Rice Protein Concentrate Powder 50%

Rice protein concentrate powder is produced from the solubilization and fractionation of native rice proteins from rice flour. This extract in then concentrated until the protein content reaches about 50% on a dry basis. Having a lower protein content, rice protein concentrate has good blending properties. Product Offerings: Organic, Conventional.

Rice Protein Isolate Powder 80%

Rice protein concentrate powder is produced from solubilization and fractionation of native rice proteins from rice flour. This extract in then concentrated until the protein content reaches about 80% on a dry basis. While rice protein contains all nine essential amino acids, due to its lower lysine content it is often blended with pea protein for a superior amino acid profile. Product Offerings: Organic, Conventional.

Pea Protein Isolate Powder 80%

Pea protein concentrate powder is produced from the solubilization and fractionation of native pea proteins from pea flour. Pea protein isolates are highly soluble in water and have superior water binding and retention properties. They are rich in essential amino acids making it a great nutrient source for protein fortification applications. This light golden powder is mild tasting and easy to digest.

Pea Hull Fiber Milled

Pea hull fiber is derived from the careful husking of the seed coats of dried peas. This dried-milled fiber is containing a minimum of 37% crude fiber making it a perfect source for fiber fortification.

Chicory Root Inulin

Chicory root inulin is derived from the inulin rich fiber found in the root of the Chicory plant. Inulin is a soluble dietary fiber extracted from the root pulp by diffusion in hot water. The extract solution, rich in fructan, is subjected to partial enzyme hydrolysis. Chicory root inulin’s high fiber content offers mild sweetness with low caloric content.
